Payment & Invoicing

Payment terms are set in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees as described in that agreement. Any dispute over an invoice should be raised with your RIFT account contact within the timeframe specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from services performed, except where such liability results from RIFT's own negligence or is otherwise required by the governing service agreement.
